Return Policy

Exchanges and Refunds

Here at Wild Hyde we want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if the products are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, we’re so sorry! We have a very easy return policy to keep you looking amazing in our clothing. 

If the size is wrong you can return/exchange the items to us, just contact wildhyde@outlook.com to arrange the return and confirm we have stock available to replace it. Sale items are excluded from returns. Return postage is at the buyers expense and will not be refunded.

 

What if my items don't fit or I need to exchange for a different size?

No problems! We love that you love our clothing and want to keep you looking good. Just email us to arrange the exchange at wildhyde@outlook.com. All postage of exchanges are at the buyers expense and all items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached. 

 

What if my item is damaged? 

We are so sorry! We check all our items as they come in but sometimes, we miss one. If you have a damaged item please email us at wildhyde@outlook.com and we will fix it all up for you!

 

What if I had a change of mind?

We have all been there! Simply email us at wildhyde@outlook.com to arrange the refund. All items must be in original condition with tags attached and unworn.
